Company has gone way downhill. It is a super complex sale and your compensation is not even the same as a small point solution. The culture has really changed to be like Salesforce. Customer customer success has taken a backseat to profitability. Our employee first mindset is gone.

Great place to work with intelligent people and solid resources. Net New AE’s have challenges around drumming up organic self generated business and there is certainly a pattern of reps closing deals due to inbound leads vs self-generated. Not a lot of balance across the team when it comes to territory breakdown and sub industry diversification.
