The experience working at workday was great, however the Pay was not. My time was thoroughly enjoyed working for such a great and inclusive organization, the culture was fantastic but the compensation was not competitive in my opinion and caused them to lose a lot of good talent

My overall experience has been good. Amazing company, however, sales incentives and spiffs are poor. Everything is self generated for leads. They have not figured out inside sales roles at all and they are very top heavy.

The culture at Workday is fantastic. They really care about their employees and want their employees to feel cared for. They do drink a lot of "kool-aid" so may become oblivious to market trends or product gaps. Now that they are reaching market peak, don't be surprised if the sales process becomes harder as negative references also increase.
