Current Employee3.0Oct 27, 2025Your satisfaction will be largely dependent on what team and territory you are on. If both territory and team are good, you will make well over your OTE. It feels that hiring externally is a priority for Workday when it comes to AE and DAE.

Former Employee2.9Mar 21, 2024My overall experience at Workday was great. Limited opportunities for promotions. Lots of politics in the office and the sales org. Not much training and development for DRs unless you are a manager. Good pay but some of the teams are set up to fail.
