This product is not a good fit for companies in the SMB space. I fear future attrition of customers and overall poor customer satisfaction.

Good company to work for. Highly competitive ERP space and quota attainment for net new vs customer base are drastically different (30% vs 60%+). I sell to both mid-market and enterprise and often feel Workday solutions are too expensive for some of the smaller mid-markets.
