However, I feel like diversity and inclusion is low in leadership which was a disappointment.
After being hired on I quickly learned through observation that if you didn’t fit the culture, it was more because you weren’t Buddy, Buddy with sales leadership.
Workday is an amazing company with so many great product fits for the targeted customers.
