There is a lack of opportunities as an SDR (CSD), they want you to stay in the SDR role for 3 years. They give you a promotion each year if you hit the target, but it's within the SDR role, so you'll go from SDR to Senior SDR, etc.

Overall not a great experience. No one on my team hit their number - not once. Performance overall was so terrible that it got extremely micro-managed. I’ve had 2 leaders while in this role and both were objectively below average, at best. One non-existent, one present but unhelpful and not a good sales person.
