Strong Q3 and Q4 in my region/on my team. 4/5 AE's hit their FY25 number, including two AE's who started during Q2. One AE was promoted to a larger segment. No attrition.

Completely depends which team & leadership you have. Enterprise divided into customer base & net new - BDRs not the best, tons of outbound & KPIs for tracking emails and calls. Probably would have been a great place to work 8-10 years ago.

Training is quite sink or swim and they are chopping up territories to make it harder however the culture is great, everyone acts like adukes and the pay is generous.
