Completely depends which team & leadership you have. Enterprise divided into customer base & net new - BDRs not the best, tons of outbound & KPIs for tracking emails and calls. Probably would have been a great place to work 8-10 years ago.

The sales org is not diverse. Particularly in leadership. I think they could do a better job finding diverse talent to promote.
