Overall experience is okay, there are high quotas in the customer base side relative to the amount of pipeline you walk into. Extremely high demand gen expectations for an account management role with low BCR’s even when you exceed quota. Solid culture and collaborative leadership team in sales.

My overall experience thus far has been average. For a company saving for high growth, there is little process infrastructure adhered to, especially by management and upper management as forecasts, re forecasts are all done manually outside of the many tools Workday have to manage such a process which leads to micro management to a deal level.
