Great place to work with leader who care. Lots of company perks and flexibility at work. If you leave you regret it and they have so many boomerangs. Looking forward to seeing how this company grows.

On my team, 3 of 5 reps have hit or surpassed their targets, which speaks to the attainability of our goals. While the team's quota attainment percentage has dropped from 80% to 60% since my last review, this isn't due to systemic issues. Good company to work for. Highly competitive ERP space and quota attainment for net new vs customer base are drastically different (30% vs 60%+). I sell to both mid-market and enterprise and often feel Workday solutions are too expensive for some of the smaller mid-markets.
