Company went through a good amount of restructuring on the net new sales side of the house for the medium enterprise (< 6,000 employees). The macro-economic conditions coupled with the internal changes as well as the fact that we are now dealing with TAM that is comprised mostly of the laggards has made this an extremely challenging year

Good company who treats employees well. Has become a machine and feels that way. Can have a nice career with solid earnings. Market has been mature and a bit saturated. Innovation and/or acquired capabilities will be key to growth.

Positive experience, although there has been a great deal of turnover lately at the middle management level which is a direct correlation of the new executive management regime currently in place. Management needs to pivot to satisfy the market demands for AI relevance which has spurned an acquisition spree of AI related companies. Will be interesting to see if we...Read More
