Unfortunately, Workiva's greatest asset, "Culture" is in steep decline since the retirement in 2023 of founder/CEO. Reorg at the top has brought in some (not all) self serving outsiders who give lip service to culture while aggressively acting without care for what built the company.

Probably the most political company I’ve ever worked for. Management rides cost tails. Training is bad since they let go 2 experiences sales trainers. Inqualifed managers as area sales directors. sales ops is brutal and in control.
