Hired way too many sales people that diluted everyone's territories and led to a lot of very good and tenured reps leaving. Sustainability has taken a hammering in the market. Organisations don't want to invest in that until the regulation becomes mandatory and more clearly defined. High staff turnover at all levels (IC & leadership) is causing major challenges. Sales teams not motivated.

Great company to work for, very fun culture, some reps/territories going through a bit of a rough patch with the economy, but as soon as the IPO market picks back up we’ll be hitting $1B in revenue quick. The only constant is change here, but I’ve enjoyed that.
