Current Employee Great SaaS sales trainings. Learned a ton within first year. Really like the AEs and SCs on the team. Leadership, especially in sales, is poor. Company is lacking direction and the competition has caught up to Xactly. Marketing does not provide any value, nor do most of the BDRs. All leads and prospects must be self-sourced. Quota attainment is terrible across the board. Only 1 or 2 hunter roles will hit their number, seems like only the farmers were closing deals in 2023. Glad I got the experience there but it is not a good place to be right now.
