So far it has been ok. Compensation is an issue as they have a system in place where if a customer needs to add users and they have a previously negotiated discount in their contract, you take a hit on your commissions. Inbound leads are nearly non existent. I would say on average you get 2-3 per quarter and they might not be qualified.

Overall good experience, but was bought out by PE company. So big culture change, everyone is afraid of layoffs, and lots of layoffs
