Current Employee4.3Jan 30, 2024I am very happy at zendesk. The product is excellent and overall it is a very good employer. The compensation structure does however not develop in a favourable direction. Since its not a public company anymore, stock options are not interesting anymore.

Current Employee2.0Sep 4, 2024The company has gone downhill rapidly with analysts running the show. As an AE I have never seen so many internal roadblocks to close a deal. Insane compensation structure in place whereby any level of discount on deals is heavily penalised. Micromanagement at an all time high with call, email and on-site meeting metrics all tracked on a weekly basis.
