Since being acquired by Private Equity and taken private, Zendesk has lost its people-first culture. It is now only about money. 4 rounds of layoffs in 9 months, price hikes, high employee and customer churn, and a leadership team that thinks they are royalty. The BDR org is the wild wild west....Read More
