A lot has changed since going private. Improvements to product offering via acquisitions which is a positive. However, its has become much harder to make good commission as leadership has introduced was to penalise AEs for selling anything but a 36 month contract with zero discounting applied, if your deal is any different to this you will be hit -BCR rates.
