Overall experience with the people I worked with was amazing. Manager and coworkers were great. But leadership didn't know which direction to take which all in all hurt the business for the worst.

As an organization Zillow provides the inbound lead flow and sales enablement tools to succeed. It is remote so that is a big plus. The quota is constantly changing with the same target payout so your comp is never consistent month over month.
