Former Employee not a lot of growth opportunities for sales skills. Companies value "fairness "and do not usually reward top performers with a senior title unless they have spent significant time doing things outside of performing their own sales. Office politics is as usual as how it would be in any other big tech firms. You would see managers or higher leadership roles get fired not because of performance, but because of people relationship reasons.
