Overall, the company itself is a good look to work at. But due to poor higher management it is no longer a place I would recommend to be at. Almost daily changes amongst every aspect of the role has cause reps to make less money 2025 compared to prior to 2024

I am still new so the culture seems great and very inclusive, they are transparent and open to teach/share resources, they are hiring many ppl in this position and i am unsure if it is sustainable
