Great company to work for, great quality of life. Not the best base pay as only in my first year. But achievable and very clear commission structure. Fairly easy OTE as long as you have the work ethic and meet KPIs. Great leaders and teams, a lot of change but that’s everywhere in tech and in particular real estate right now.
