Keep hearing about co-pilog but is it really a thing yet in the deals?   Like roughly what percent of deals or new opps include some AI or AI-powered product or service as a key element to the convo?  What's real?

90-95% of our deals are Copilot. It's very real.

It is funny to see the answers bounce back and forth between former and current employees here.  I think it is fair from one of the former employees to encourage you to look outside of LI Influencers for real feedback.

That said, it is also accurate that Copilot is currently part of most of our conversations and deals and that most clients minimally want to understand the capabilities of the product.

I'm on the Account Management side and it has been used both to save ACV with at-risk renewals and also to grow accounts off cycle.

There are use-cases where Copilot is going to be more effective than others but here is what it is good at:

- Quickly summarizing Salesforce data in one place i.e. usage stats, current ACV, who we have engaged with recently 
- It can take all of this and build a great starting point for an Account Plan in less than a minute
- Up market it can summarize earnings calls and annual reports making it easier to prepare for client meetings 
- From an outreach perspective it takes all of these data points that traditionally had poor usage i.e. intent, scoops, websight visits and showing in a single view which accounts are hitting on multiple of these at one time.

Those are a few of the ways I personally use it and seem to resonate with our clients.  I also encourage you to listen to Zoominfo's latest earnings call.

It is! I used to run a tableau report to connect all my data to prioritize, are they in an open opportunity, are they on my product page, have they filled in a form, are they searching via intent, is there a scoop- Now I can set up rules about what matters to me and my top 10+ accounts are delivered to me with those details every freaking day. I am at least 5x more productive.

Yes, copilot is real, and it is the focus of nearly every conversation outside of pure data enrichment initiatives.

Not sure if this will help since co-pilot came out after I left, but I did use it at a recent employer and it wasn't all that helpful. Saved some clicks, and took a lot of time to train up. If I were a buyer it wouldn't be driving deals for me after having used it. My advice: try to find people (not LinkedIn influencers) who actually use it and have no horse in this race. Ask them their experiences and see if they're going to continue to pay for co-pilot, cause my former employer had no plans to keep paying for it when it came time to renew our subscription.
