My manager in particular was lazy and wouldn't respond to me when I asked for help, yet, told me to come to her when I had ANY questions about anything.

Current Employee4.6Oct 16, 2024My experience with SDR leadership team has been amazing, very supportive of your goals and needs. The opportunity for promotion to AE is there for the taking. Only drawback for me really is that they underpay internal promotion hires vs external hires.

Some of the best perks would be the opportunity to move up anywhere within the org, the benefits and how much training we have access to.
