My experience with SDR leadership team has been amazing, very supportive of your goals and needs. The opportunity for promotion to AE is there for the taking. Only drawback for me really is that they underpay internal promotion hires vs external hires.

It was a good company before it IPO'd then it went downhill when they had to start listening to shareholders/ board members. I'm an Outbound SDR base is 50k, +OT (yes they give you OT). I’ve really enjoyed zoominfo. Its fast paced, competitive, expectations are high and also clear cut. You’ll have the opportunity if you want to pivot or move up. You have to earn it but the opportunity is there. I see myself here for years to come.
