It was a good company before it IPO'd then it went downhill when they had to start listening to shareholders/ board members. I'm an Outbound SDR base is 50k, +OT (yes they give you OT). Then commission. Overall, I'll make about 95-100k pre-tax this year, expect to be on inbound roughly 9 months. Quota is insanely high (looking for 21 new opportunities per month) and I see people quit or get let go monthly. Would only recommend if you're looking to start in tech sales to gain experience and then move on to another company.

my over all expereince was pretty solid. I was able to work my way up through inbound sdr to outbound and then eventually became and AE there. Leadership is solid.

What started off as promising became a nightmare. ZoomInfo is going downhill, losing SMB/MM customers to much cheaper competitors who basically do the same things we do.
