Great company to start your sales/tech career. BDR life is a grind - product is top of the market, outreach tactics seem like harassment at times, outbound mid market teams look miserable always. Sales floor is all a game of finesse and who can hoarde the most meetings. Met some bright colleagues!

My Overall experience was phenomenal, with the exception of senior leadership. To senior leadership, reps are just numbers....especially in the new business unit. There is a lot of turnover. If you aren't top 20% you'll be moving into a different role or out of the company within a year.

Great product across many areas and always improving. Leadership is shifting to deepen customer relationships and drive value and while this may take time, is 100% the right thing to do!!
