Burnout was the norm there, and compensation isn't high. Best data of its kind, but they don't use all their own tools (Engage, for example). I'd recommend anybody who is selling B2B to look at buying ZoomInfo, but I wouldn't recommend working there. Super boiler room and not a great place to develop real selling skills. Teammates and immediate leaders are great, it's just upper leadership that's lacking and that affects every aspect of the company. There are worse places though.

pretty solid, leadership is very concerned with hitting number and you can feel the pressure of that on an ongoing basis. primarily outbound led. good career growth. paid well on top of it.
