pretty solid, leadership is very concerned with hitting number and you can feel the pressure of that on an ongoing basis. primarily outbound led. good career growth. paid well on top of it.

Throughout the 2.5 years here, I've been able to grow professionally and personally. Compensation is very competitive and the company does incentivize you to do well. There are many resources for professional development and training to give you the resources to be successful in your role.

ZoomInfo when I started, had an abundant amount of lead flow, positive management, unlimited PTO, and equity. They definitely lost a lot of their foundation for their sales culture.
