I started as an SDR on the Customer Inbound Team and now do renewals. Inbound was a grind for sure, a lot of OT hours to hit my goals but it was worth it to get to R&G outbound. The money on outbound is very good and it becomes very, very laid back. If you come in ready to work and ready to make money you will - if you come in and complain about working hard or are lazy you will fail. This is just my SDR experience, can’t speak on AE/AM roles yet.

Tons of pros and cons like any company. Great product, tough to sell into existing accounts. Quotas are very high and every account book is given the same metrics, a lot of inequity in books makes results vary greatly.
