Pro's: - The people you work with are great. - You can make decent money. Con's: - Burn out culture where staying late, working weekends and on your PTO is praised and encouraged in some cases. - High targets which create a demanding environment. - Trying to get PTO is difficult. - You are just a number here which comes from the top down.

Alot expected daily of you. Targets can't be missed, you will be expected to work longer hours to ensure you hit your quota. Very much based towards their American business with data teams, legal teams, all based in the US. No days off allowed over Christmas even though all of UK and Europe will not be working which is a big negative. Good people working with...Read More

The most toxic place that I have ever worked and it took the fun out of selling. Everyone is overly stressed, and management takes the stress out on the reps. Unfortunately, some sellers in the past who used questionable sales tactics have done a lot of damage to the ZoomInfo sales brand making it even harder to sell.
