Current Employee Everyone in the SDR org usually begins as inbound new business. You can then go customer or new business as you progress. Inbound is a grind, highly competitive, but if you are performing well you can move up fast. Outbound is where you begin to make significant money. The new business OB role has heavy turn over and aggressive leadership. The customer org has slower career progression because significantly more success for employees and less turnover. The compensation is worth it. But even as a top performer, you’ll be waiting 2-3 years for an AM role, despite what recruiters say. There has also been a significant increase outside hires in the AM role, not prioritizing internal promotions. Browse Other Reviews
