The pace and intensity is very high. High performance is expected. At same time, the product is in-demand and it is straight-forward to do work required to be successful. Team environment is also supportive. Not for everyone but glad I'm here.

I enjoyed learning about the products that help people communicate more effectively by ramping reps faster while using AI to track behaviors, deal size, and percentage of closing. My manager in particular was lazy and wouldn't respond to me when I asked for help, yet, told me to come to her when I had ANY questions about anything.

Burnout was the norm there, and compensation isn't high. Best data of its kind, but they don't use all their own tools (Engage, for example). I'd recommend anybody who is selling B2B to look at buying ZoomInfo, but I wouldn't recommend working there. Super boiler room and not a great place to develop real selling skills.
