ZoomInfo is intense. The workload, pace, and goals are set high. There are no idle days here. It is a performance-oriented culture and leadership is very clear on the expectation that everyone must perform. With that being said, it is a great business and well-run company. The org moves fast to fix things & innovate, when compared to companies of similar size. We get a lot of "at bats" as reps and this has helped sharpen my sales acumen. The team dynamic is also supportive & collaborative, which is a must in a demanding environment. Commission being paid out monthly is also a plus. Overall, it's a great place to work.
