My overall experience was chaotic, I was transferred between teams many times and could not build a stable flow within a team. This was the biggest challenge and not the actual sales.

The success team is great- wonderful people, processes, and techstack. The worst part of this job is dealing with the unethical sales team that employs sleazy tactics and couldn't care less about the customer experience you are trying to provide.
