Former Employee Hired a ridiculous amount of people at once for a new BU under the guise of bringing on Strategic sellers with 10-20 experience, then RIF’d a bunch within three months of having their book of business. The core product is great, and bringing on DJ was a good idea, as existing executive leadership doesn’t understand what strategic sales is about.
If you’re anywhere within an hour of an office and don’t want to commute in four days a week, I don’t recommend (I was fully remote).
