Mostly a positive experience overall. Change in C-Suite leadership dramatically affected culture. Base salary seemed a little low, compared to what I have now seen in the marketplace.

A real sales org and structure. Excellent compensation and leadership team that will help you close deals. Monthly compensation payments and the payout is in Xactly 3-4 days after month end. Strongly recommend ZoomInfo!

This company seems to be obsessed with making their workers lives harder while pay stays the same. Changes are made every 4-6 months so you can never get in a rhythm or workflow, and these changes seem to make zero sense and usually make your life harder.
