Former Employee Zoominfo UK has a great culture that’s been created in the office, I loved going into the office and being surrounded by my colleagues.
The TAM is really tapped out due to how saturated the market is and the targets still get raised but the product fit is so great that they get away with it.
This is a really meritocratic company, if you succeed then you get considered for opportunities and left to your own devices and if you don’t succeed then you are put on a PIP and told to leave. There is very little space for politics and “old boys club” which is great.
I wish leadership would be receptive to how high the targets are, they went from reasonably hard to unreasonably hard in the space of a year.
