Very toxic work environment from the top down. A lot of weird rules and company policies that weren't addressed in the hiring process. Management is not transparent and will lie to your face.

The pace and intensity is very high. High performance is expected. At same time, the product is in-demand and it is straight-forward to do work required to be successful. Team environment is also supportive. Not for everyone but glad I'm here.
