I wish Executive leaders across the board would spend more time on big picture and had more faith in their teams rather than micromanaging and constantly distracting teams with one off requests that take us away from pre-planned work.

My overall experience was pretty good due to the amazing co-workers who I had the pleasure to know. The actual job is easy to do once you establish a workflow however, not many people hit quota as I was lead to believe once you pass the 90 trial. Many people work 50+ hours a week to maybe hit quota. People were good but, there's too much constant change hurting rep's...Read More

The success team is great- wonderful people, processes, and techstack. The worst part of this job is dealing with the unethical sales team that employs sleazy tactics and couldn't care less about the customer experience you are trying to provide.
