My overall experience was pretty good due to the amazing co-workers who I had the pleasure to know. The actual job is easy to do once you establish a workflow however, not many people hit quota as I was lead to believe once you pass the 90 trial. Many people work 50+ hours a week to maybe hit quota. People were good but, there's too much constant change hurting rep's chances to hit quota.

On an OB roll now, everything is slightly better. Lots of people cheat here tho and magnet doesn’t do anything about it. Pay for closed won has gone down but more people are hitting their quotas. Our inbound leads are terrible now tho
