Former Employee3.4Sep 15, 2025My Overall experience was phenomenal, with the exception of senior leadership. To senior leadership, reps are just numbers....especially in the new business unit. There is a lot of turnover. If you aren't top 20% you'll be moving into a different role or out of the company within a year.
