Very transactional sales org, discount focussed. They say they want to become customer-centric but that message doesn't resonate on the front lines. Chaotic and over-whelming expectations of sellers.

My overall experience at Zoominfo has been positive. Executive leadership is fantastic. Line level leaders are hit and miss. If you have a good one, this is the best job in the world. Unfortunately there are a decent number of mediocre line level leaders. The amount of times you are changed from team to team can really impact your experience here.
