It’s not bad but there are a lot of policies that will get in your way and the the job is very grindy. If you’re an SDR be prepared to work a lot of OT.

Love my role at ZI. Definitely work with a great team with an ECS, CSM, CSM manager, and Account managers manager, as well as an AM, a full team to help when we you need it and provide assistance if need be

My overall experience was positive. However when I first joined the company they were thriving, but after so many changes in leadership/comp structure, and economic times it became harder to hit and exceed quota.
