Former Employee4.3Oct 30, 2024my over all expereince was pretty solid. I was able to work my way up through inbound sdr to outbound and then eventually became and AE there. Leadership is solid.

Current Employee2.9Aug 18, 2023Business focus has moved to retaining MM and ENT customer base, therefore, support teams (CSM, SC) have been downsized for SMB customers. Churn has increased which has impacted ability to hit quota and my earnings. Limited training and support from leadership

Former Employee2.4Jun 29, 2025I'd avoid this company. Their is a lot of politics that goes into being successful and if you come in not starting in the SDR role your going to have a much more difficult time. Management uses high pressure tactics to squeeze a lot of work out of reps. AEs are expected to do high activity.
