Business focus has moved to retaining MM and ENT customer base, therefore, support teams (CSM, SC) have been downsized for SMB customers. Churn has increased which has impacted ability to hit quota and my earnings. Limited training and support from leadership

It’s been overall pretty solid. I’m an entry level role and the managers across the board have all been great from what I’ve experienced.
