Inbound leads are everyone for themselves. Your lead is only protected for 24 hours and then it's up for anyone to grab it call it, email it and book it.

ZoomInfo is a great company to work for in terms of comp and the ability to be trained and learn at the highest level. The downside is extreme micromanagement and lack of work life balance.
