ZoomInfo is a great company to work for in terms of comp and the ability to be trained and learn at the highest level. The downside is extreme micromanagement and lack of work life balance.

What started off as promising became a nightmare. ZoomInfo is going downhill, losing SMB/MM customers to much cheaper competitors who basically do the same things we do. company does not care about SDR's at all. they mess with comp structure and make the job harder and pay you less. total boiler room.

Not what I signed up for. ZoomInfo is pretty big in the contact data space so not I bad place to start to get something on the resume. I will see get promoted up from an entry level position is long an grueling. Would suggest staying for a bit. Leaving and getting hired back as a CSM or AM. No culture for internal promotions.
