The XDR org is great in terms of culture, but horrible when it comes to compensation structure and advancement opportunities. Like any organization, they're concerned about their bottom line. But between because politics and greed, the XDR team seems to be the most impacted. Commissions are hard capped and which doesn't align with the greater good of the business.

Brutal. I have never seen anything like it. They hide the segment numbers by not openly sharing but as a wiz on Salesforce I built out some segment reports and found some others showing us trending for 15% as a segment (3 days left) with 1 our of 34 reps over goal. I felt like sales was overstaffed by 30-40% which dramatically shrunk the overall opportunity.
