Been here two years, Zoom has completely lost its way. Zoom use to care for their employees extremely well when I first started out. Now there is no direction, no career growth, and constant fear of leadership stabbing you in the back by forcing you out with unrealistic expectations or sudden lay-offs. Job security is nonexistent at Zoom. Quota is always going up... It's like working for a start-up except.... theres no growth, no opportunity, and they treat you like a large corporate entity. Unless you're hurting for a job, I'd look elsewhere.

Zoom is not what it used to be in terms of compensation and sales performance. The boom was great but as a result, leadership wants to pay us out less with constant changes to the comp plan.
